- All price in INR and before applicable local tax.
- Recurring fee will have to be paid quarterly / half yearly / yearly in advance. Billing Cycle will be from 1st of the month.
- Host Net India shall raise monthly billing invoices by 10th of each month; the Customer is required to settle the invoice within 15 days of receipt of bills from Host Net India In the event of failure on the part of the Customer to pay the payment by the due date, Host Net India shall be entitled to terminate the said Service at any time after giving to the Customer not less than 7 days notice in writing or in its absolute discretion it may allow the Customer to continue to use the said Service and charge interest at the rate of PLR (Prime Lending Rate) of SBI (State Bank of India) as on 1st April every year plus 10% per annum for delay in receiving such payments.
- The subscriber is required to fully comply with the provisions of the Indian Telegraph Act and Rules made there under and any amendments or replacements made there to from time to time.
- Purchase Order and all payments should be in favor of ‘Host Net India’.
